ТМ "Aquamarine" - the first national fish-canning brand in the market of fish manufacture of Ukraine.

The trade mark "Aquamarine" was born in 2004. Its occurrence was preceded with serious researches and technological development in fish manufacture. Hundreds experts put not only experience, but also own soul in creation of assortment of fish canned food of this brand.

Preparation of fish canned food is not simple filling fishes in banks. Otherwise there would be a little difference one from another. For a change compoundings and ways of preparation of canned food exist several kinds of preparation:
· Natural with addition of oil
· The Scalded fish
· With aroma of smoking
· In own juice
Fish canned food natural oils with addition - in bank, pawned nearly 245 gram a fresh crude fish, salt, extracts of natural black both fragrant pepper and oil are added. During sterilization of already rolled up banks, natural juice comes out, therefore meat of a fish becomes gentle and juicy.
Canned food fish natural possess high power value, keep natural taste of fish and useful substances, have an excellent parity of price/quality and consequently are recommended for a daily feed.
The scalded fish is a process of preliminary thermal processing (scalding products with boiled water or the ferry in special blanchers). Scalding is applied as disinfection and practically does not influence vitamin activity of a product. But makes a fish more dense without an additional moisture which contains in meat of fishes. At manufacturing fish canned food scalded in oil, in bank pawned nearby 320 gram of fresh fish. In special blanchers the fish passes preliminary thermal processing as a result of which the weight of a fish decreases for 35-40 % due to evaporation.

For manufacturing of given kind of canned food fineer and low-fat fish who passes all process is used, as well as at scalding. In this case evaporation is carried out not by hot air, but warm due to what the weight of a fish decreases only for 20 %. Further the small amount of oil and salt is added. These canned food have original taste and liked by those who prefers small slices of a fish and less high-calorie products.
